Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order with good-quality packaging within the promised time frame. Our shipping services are available throughout the week, except on Mondays and public holidays.
To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible, we use only reputable courier services. As of now we are delivering within India – with prepaid service.
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Most of the orders are delivered within 8-10 working days.
Delivery of all the orders will be done only on the given address by you at the time of placing the order.

Return and Exchange Policy
We’re committed to ensuring you love your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, our straightforward return and refund policy will guide you through the process.
- We do not offer refunds in any circumstances.
- The cancellation request if any need to be placed within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation request post 24 hours of placing order will not be considered. The cancellation request cannot be considered if the order is shipped.
- We strive to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged item, please note that we do not offer exchanges for damaged products. If you encounter this issue, we kindly ask you to contact us at rangsei.exclusive@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please include 2-3 clear images of the damaged product along with your order details. Our team will review your request promptly and assist you in resolving the issue.
Once the issue/reason is accepted by us (within 24-48 hours), the product has to be
returned to our physical location within 15 days of receiving the same. The charges to
send the product back to our physical location in Pune, Maharashtra are to be borne by customer. We will not be responsible incase the shipment gets lost on the way. Refund is not possible.
- You get one-time size exchange per customer provided the product is not used or washed. If it’s used and or washed, exchange is not possible. Hence kindly ensure you refer the size chart before making a purchase.
- Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
- Please follow washing instructions. No exchange or refund is possible if there is color bleeding for not following the washing instructions. We are not liable to pay for any damages that arise out of color bleeding and its impact on any other clothes washed together.
- Shipping charges are non – refundable.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is intact.
- Any accessories, including scarves, wallets, bags, scrunchy, jewellery, etc. are Non-Returnable/Refundable or Non-Exchangeable Products.
- No refund request will not be accepted if any of the below points are met:
– The product is not accepted by customer at the time of courier delivery.
– Wrong address and contact details have been provided by customer..
- Shipping, Payment gateway charges, in all cases, is non-Refundable
Please note that we have partnered with a third-party courier service for deliveries. While we are committed to assisting you, some situations may be beyond our control which may limit our ability to resolve certain issues directly. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.
